Our RV park in Little Rock is right on the banks of the Arkansas river. Between the RV park and the road is a great big wall standing by in case the river floods. Right by the park is a pedestrian bridge made from a railroad bridge. About a half-mile upstream is another one. There are trails on both sides of the river. There is an inland maritime museum with a World War II submarine, the Razorback, in about 80% working condition. It has no batteries, but they fire up one of the diesel engines every month or so.
