Mount Nebo used to be a tourist site with hotels, now it's a State Park. We hiked the Rim Trail with a detour on the Summit Trail (five miles). The Summit trail is named after the Summit Hotel that used to be on the mountain. We saw some of the springs that used to provide water to the hotels and to the town of Mount Nebo. Not much water in them now. One of the attractions for visitors was Fern Lake. Now, it looks like a small, pond covered in duck weed.

Note the nuclear power plant in the upper left.
